Behavioral Patterns And Their Affects On Our Bodies
Recently during a healing session with my fiance, I was reminded of how often common idioms and expressions affect the body quite literally.  This happens frequently to my clients as discovered through their healing sessions. 
 
In the example of my fiance, who had been quite stressed about completing his goals within a specific time frame, the idiom that was given to me during his session was, "Nervous Wreck", and "Bundle Of Nerves".  We often hear these phrases used for people who are nervous and anxious, but don't usually associate how they truly affect the body.  In his case, he began to suffer neuropathy in his right leg and was finding it difficult to stand and walk. Once he was willing to let go of his anxiety and other behaviors of perfectionism,  I was able to clear and align him, and his neuropathy was gone.
 
I even have to clear my own patterns of fear or lack on occasion to return to alignment in my body.  In my own example, I had carried some excess weight around my lower abdomen that I couldn't seem to lose until I was able to let go of the pattern of being fearful of sharing sexual joy.  This was associated with a time when I experienced lack of total emotional fulfillment in a relationship even though I did have sexual joy. Not only do I experience a flatter belly, but my sexual joy flows freely and I am able to share it in a healthy and wonderful way and truly have total emotional fulfillment with the love of my life! 
 
Pay attention to these expressions in your mind and watch how they affect your body.  Do your releasements often, and meditate on feeling the sensations within.  You will also benefit from a healing session that addresses these patterns and behaviors, and I offer a general healing session which will include an initial reading to determine the best area to focus the healing on, as well as the healing itself.  As always, the healing is conducted remotely, so you can receive it anytime, anywhere. You can order this session below if you wish.

Grounding
 
One of the most important pieces of information I learned in my healing practice is to ground my energy in my body.  This is of particular significance at this time of great energy shifts on this earth. 
 
Your energetic self is going through many changes as you grow, learn, and heal.  Your body grounds and anchors these changes to generate wholeness of self.  With powerful surges of energy around, it becomes easy to be thrown off balance, light-headed, and an overall sense of being spacey.  It is not only disconcerting in daily life to feel this way, it is also impossible to manifest from this state.  Your body needs your help to ground your energetic self. 
 
You can assist your body to ground by meditating daily on feeling your body.  Connect to your body and feel all the parts, organs, blood, skin, cells, etc. and simply feel them.  Be IN your body.  This also assists you with loving your body and feeling joy and gratitude.
