Meet Joey Hendricks, Remote Support Specialist and Tea Party Guest

Joey

Title: Remote Support Specialist

Family: Daughter, Grace Evelyn (almost 3); and her puppy, Dora.

Hobbies:
Reading, playing video games, and taking things apart to see how they work. The hobbies Grace force on me include Candyland, baby dolls, coloring and being the guest at tea parties.

Primary Job Responsibilities: I'm a first responder. My responsibilities vary with the situation. Basically, I help the client to figure out why their equipment isn't working the way it's supposed to work, and then make it work. It's a lot of fun, and every call is a new challenge. I love that.
