Join us for a Sunset Gondola Cruise
 One of our newest destinations, San Diego, offers many surprises. In February, attendees will be able to cruise in a gondola through the enchanting canals of the Coronado Cays at sunset. The Gondola departs right from the marina at Loews Coronado Bay Resort.
The next evening offers the opportunity to participate in a chef escorted, herb garden tour and an herb-infused cooking demonstration with cocktail lesson, followed by a Modern Latin 3-Course Meal.
These activities are perfect illustrations of what Encore Symposiums looks for when choosing a resort.

Another Amazing Loews Luxury Resort in Another Amazing Location
 The Loews property in San Diego was added to our line up after several outstanding experiences at the Loews Ventana Canyon in Tucson, Arizona. We are excited to return to the Loews Ventana Canyon Resort at our Travel to the Sunny Skies of Tucson symposium in March. March in Tucson provides optimum weather to enjoy the resort's two 18-hole, Fazio-designed PGA golf courses, the two swimming pools with jacuzzis, lighted tennis courts, hiking trails, bicycle rentals, croquet court, ping-pong, and basketball courts. This resort is a favorite with the Encore Symposium staff!

Better Green than Not
 While Encore attendees have continued to enjoy printed manuals at our symposiums, it has come time to join our green culture. A digitally-green culture at that.
Beginning in 2011, Encore Symposiums' attendees will receive a CD containing all presentations in a PDF format. As an added bonus, the room you will save in your suitcase on the way home can now be used for more shopping items!
