EPA Updates SPCC Guidance for Regional Inspectors 

EPA has updated the SPCC inspection checklists that are included as Appendix G of the SPCC Guidance for Regional Inspectors. Appendix G includes checklists for the following facility types:  onshore facilities (excluding production); onshore oil production, drilling, and workover facilities; offshore oil production, drilling, and workover; and Tier I qualified facilities. These checklists are designed to assist EPA inspectors in conducting a thorough and nationally consistent inspection of a facility's compliance with the SPCC Rule at 40 CFR 112. The recent updates reflect multiple regulatory amendments.
