Thank You For Racing The 2011 Subaru Ironman 70.3 EagleMan
Thank you for racing with TriColumbia in the 2011 Subaru Ironman 70.3 EagleMan Triathlon, and the EagleMan AquaVelo, the 2011 USATMA Championship event. This year's event was one to remember. The weather was cooperative, producing Kona-like conditions that tested the physical and metal fiber of each and every athlete on the course. We hope you enjoyed all the race weekend events, and that you succeeded in reaching your personal goals; creating memories that will last a lifetime.
Congratulations to those athletes who snagged 28 Ford Ironman World Championship slots, and 50 Ironman 70.3 Championship slots! Train safely, and we hope the "wings" you used at EagleMan carry you successfully over the finish line at the Championship this fall.
Congratulations also to TJ Tollakson who reclaimed his 2007 EagleMan title, finishing over 3 minutes in front of Richie Cunningham and Stanislav Krylov, and to Ironman World Champion, Mirinda Carfrae, who reclaimed her 2009 EagleMan title, beating out Tyler Stewart and last year's Champion, Sam Warriner.
In racing with TriColumbia, you have not only shown your commitment to life-long health and fitness, but you have helped us further our mission of improving the lives of individuals in need by supporting local and regional charities.
Congratulations, and we hope to see you at another TriColumbia event soon!

TriColumbia Protects The Environment
As many of you know, we have banned the use of plastic bags of any kind on bikes stored overnight in the transition areas. The bags fall off, blow off, or are simply left behind. If you attempt to use plastic bags, staff will remove them.
TriColumbia and Endurafit are pleased to announce a brand new product, The Rack Jacket, an alternative to using trash bags to cover your bike. We fully embrace the "leave no trace behind" concept, and strive to eliminate litter produced at our events. You may also use an old swim cap to over your bike seat if you like.
The Rack Jacket is the essential item for those of you who wish to protect your bike from the elements.
