Important ChesapeakeMan Ultra & AquaVelo Glove Sizing Needed - Please Take Action!

Thank you for registering to compete in the 2011 ChesapeakeMan Endurance Festival. We have great news for you!
We are pleased to announce that TriColumbia will be providing a special premium gift to ChesapeakeMan Ultra and AquaVelo participants, a pair of customized bike gloves! If you registered for these events prior to April 21, 2011, you were not able to enter in your bike glove size, but now you can!

Please log into your account by June 1, 2011, and select your bike glove size in order to assure that you will receive a pair that fits.
To choose your bike glove size in your event registration: Log in to the TriColumbia website, and click on My Profile in the upper-right corner, then click on Personal Details near the center of the page. Scroll down until you see "Glove Size," then click the edit link alongside it. Choose your preferred size, then click Update. While you are in the Personal Details screen, please verify and update your other personal information if necessary.

We apologize for the inconvenience, but our staff at TriColumbia is constantly looking for ways to enhance your race experience, and we are thrilled to offer this fabulous extra gift to our long distance ChesapeakeMan participants. Please note that we are unable to offer bike gloves to Skipjack and Bugeye Sprint participants.

Read on to see more items of interest, including training clinics and a brand new division offered at ChesapeakeMan, The Bugeye Sprint.
Train safely, and we look forward to seeing you in the Fall!

Fabulous New Product To Protect Your Bike

TriColumbia and Endurafit are pleased to announce a brand new product, The Rack Jacket, an alternative to using trash bags to cover your bike. We fully embrace the "leave no trace behind" concept, and strive to eliminate litter produced at our events. As many of you know, we have banned the use of plastic bags of any kind on bikes stored overnight in the transition areas. The bags fall off, blow off, or are simply left behind.

The Rack Jacket is the essential item for those of you who wish to protect your bike from the elements.

Key Benefits of the Rack Jacket are:
  • Designed specifically for triathlon bike racks
  • Made of highly water resistant ripstop nylon
  • Environmentally friendly
  • Reusable
  • Cord locks and Velcro straps keep it securely fastened in windy conditions
  • Reasonably priced
  • Available in a variety of colors
  • Team orders are welcome
