Parent/Guardian MUST accompany you to pick up your packet. All pre-registered children
must attend packet pickup in person
(with a parent/guardian) due to insurance and safety purposes. At this time,
you will be issued a unique wrist band which will be affixed and is to be worn
through the end of the race on Sunday.
Each child participating in the
Kidz Triathlon must be a USAT member, and each participant will
be required to show proof of an annual USAT membership. It is
recommended that you visit USAT's website and obtain a one-year
youth membership prior to the race. Each parent must present a
photo ID and their child's USAT membership
If you paid the additional $5.00 to cover the USAT youth membership along
with the entry fee when you registered, the parent or guardian still needs to fill out and sign the
USAT membership application at packet pickup. To expedite check-in, you may download the application here,
complete it and bring it with you. Don't forget to keep a copy for your records. CTA will send payment to
USAT for your membership if you included it in your entry. You will receive a
membership card several weeks after the event.
If you did not pay for the Annual Youth
membership with your registration fee, you will be required to do so at packet pickup.
If you paid CTA for the annual membership and
have subsequently paid for and received a Youth Membership Card from USAT, please present it to the CTA
representative at check-in who will gladly reimburse you the $5.00 at packet pickup.
