who have been touched by A.L.S. in
a day of memory, honor, fundraising and fun!

The 7-mile walk along the Cape Cod Canal raises funds for research and patient services for those suffering from Lou Gehrig's Disease. There will be a family style cookout, raffles, refreshments, T-shirts for the first 500 adults who register to walk the day of the event, activities for the kids, entertainment by Pocketfull of Soul and Geno-Singing the Sounds of Sinatra and More, and prizes in the adult and child category for most funds raised!
Put together a team to walk and start collecting pledges today, or join in the festivities for a $10 donation per person. This will include a BBQ lunch as well as the performance for the day. Bring a blanket or a beach chair! Don't forget to call the Foundation at 508-759-9696 with a head count so we can make sure we have enough food for everyone, and also let us know the name of your loved one you'd like mentioned during the ceremony.
 It is easier than ever to collect ONLINE DONATIONS, expanding your reach for pledge requests! You are able to create YOUR OWN online fundraising page where you can share YOUR story, post pictures and email your friends, family and colleagues to collect secure donations via credit card. All online donations will be sent directly to the Foundation and all off-line donations will be collected as usual on the day of the event.

together with your completed Sponsor Sheet (on the opposite page) on the day of the walk!***
