    Help us welcome 2011
and honor our 10 year anniversary!!!

Greetings!

Thank you to all who helped make our annual appeal and the past year a success! We really appreciate your continued support and loyalty, making this one of our best years for meeting fundraising goals and serving our patients.

The A.L.S. Family Charitable Foundation was started in 2001 by Donna Jordan and Mary Ann (Sciaba) Singersen and is dedicated to the loving memory of Clifford Jordan, Jr. and Edward J. Sciaba, Sr., in hopes of creating a brighter future for those living with A.L.S. in New England. The Foundation honors all of the courageous individuals and families touched by this disease. The impact of these two great men had such a profound effect on their families that they have left behind not only a legacy of love but of boundless hope!

February, 2011 marks the 10th anniversary of the Foundation. The year ahead will be a time to reflect on all the special people who have crossed our paths and impacted our lives in so many ways. We're thinking of  patients, their families, volunteers, caregivers, researchers, donors and sponsors.

Throughout the year, we will honor the memory of love ones lost, and celebrate the dedication of those who help us daily in our mission to provide relief to patients and families with the ultimate hope of someday soon eradicating this dreadful disease.

As our anniversary year unfolds, we welcome thoughts, feelings, or stories you may want to share with us about your experiences with the A.L.S. Family Charitable Foundation.

  • Do you have a memory of a favorite event that made a difference in your life?
  • A photo you would like to share?
  • Someone you met who inspired you or a family member?

Help us commemorate our anniversary by sharing your thoughts with us.  Please send your ideas, along with any stories, photos, or memories you would like to share to alsfamily@aol.com. We look forward to hearing from you!

Sincerely,
