2011 TPC Birdies for Charity

We are pleased to be participating in the 2011 PLAYERS Championship Birdies for Charity program. This unique, community-based fundraising initiative is held in conjunction with THE PLAYERS Championship at TPC Sawgrass, May 9-15, 2011.
If you visit Birdies for Charity here, you will have the opportunity to make a donation to The Big Fun Foundation, Inc. AND to become eligible to win a fabulous trip for two to the 2011 Presidents Cup in Melbourne, Australia! Upon making your donation, you will be asked to guess the total number of birdies that will be made during the competition rounds of the tournament. Deadline for all entries is Wednesday, May 11.
Donations can be made online with a credit card. To donate via check or cash, please download the manual donation form from the Birdies for Charity website and mail to 3375 Picadilly Lane, Jacksonville, FL 32257.

Florida Times-Union 5K for Charity

It's not too late to sign up for The Florida Times-Union 5K for Charity, a component of the 34th annual Gate River Run being held on Saturday, March 12th, 2011. The Big Fun Foundation is proud to be a beneficiary for this event which is a non-timed and non-competitive event beginning at 8:30 am and open to all ages. Rotaract Club's 10th annual Black Tie and Blue Jeans Gala takes place on Saturday, June 4th in downtown Jacksonville at the Modis building.

Big Fun Boxes are activity boxes created especially for hospitalized children--for any illness or injury. To date, 6,350 Big Fun Boxes have been donated to children in 73 hospitals in 32 states.
"The Big Fun Buzz" comes out once a month. We'll keep you updated on the buzz we're creating.
