Issue No. 06.12June 2012
Greetings!

High Point is known as North Carolina's International City and, with that in mind, you will soon receive in the mail your "Passport to Entertainment" for the 2012-2013 High Point Theatre Professional  Artist  Series. As with any traveler, you will want to keep up with your Passport. Not only will you find our amazing events inside, but your "Passport to Entertainment" can also be used to collect autographs from the artists or to receive a "travel" stamp for attending our events. At the end of next season your name will then be entered into a drawing of our "most travelled guests" for a very nice prize.  We hope you enjoy the design and concept of our new marketing campaign.

To that end, I believe you will enjoy the variety and quality of next years' performers - from Grammy Winners to Emmy Winners, Magic to Animals, Music to Comedy, and even a Romantic evening thrown in for good measure. We feel as though there is something for every entertainment palate.  Please take a moment to look over the Passport, either the hard copy or visit our website, let your friends know, and then stop by the theatre or purchase packages or single tickets by phone or on-line. Tickets went on sale June 1.

Patron sponsorship opportunities are also available at several gift levels:  Angel ~ $1000, Curtain Raiser ~ $750, Grand Patron ~ $500, Patron ~ $250 and Footlighter ~ $100.  Please contact either Phyllis Tuttle or myself to discuss the value of sponsorship with the High Point Theatre.

Sincerely,

David Briggs, Director

Become a Friend of the High Point Theatre

I thank you for being a part of the High Point Theatre and encourage you to be a part of our "Friends of the Theatre" organization. Friends' members not only receive a donation letter for their gift, but will be receiving a card that will permit them to save $1 off of each purchase at the HPT concession stand (excluding adult beverages).  Money raised through the "Friends of the High Point Theatre" help off-set production expenses and assists in the purchase of items for the theatre that are not in the normal day-to-day budget. These gifts help enhance the patron experience in many, many ways!
