Greetings!
Baby it's cold outside...so goes the wonderful song. Yes there's a chill in the air, but there's a hot time to be had at the High Point Theatre! Starting on January 27th with the Southern Fried Jazz Band, featuring the legendary Don Edwards on trumpet, you'll tap your toes and swing to this fine Dixieland Jazz group. On Sunday, January 29th at 3pm be sure to wear your huntin' hat to Deer Camp: The Musical. Your sides will hurt either from your partner's elbowing you, or from laughter, when this group of ne'er do well hunters take to the stage to save their annual hunting trip from demise. February brings the amazing Mike Farris & Roseland Rhythm Review. You'll love this concert from this world famous Blues master! Don't forget to order your tickets to HP Community Theatre's production of Oliver. We hope you'll enjoy our new concession offerings of specialty Green Mountain coffees and Otis Spunkmeyer cookies! The perfect way to meet and greet before the show and at intermission. Happy 2012 to all. David Briggs, Theatre Director david.briggs@highpointnc.gov |
