CDHP's Founder Testifies Today Before Congress on Access to Dental Care for Medicaid Children
OCTOBER 7, 2009--Today Dr. Burton L. Edelstein, DDS, MPH, Chairman of the Board and Founder of the Children's Dental Health Project (CDHP), and Professor of Dentistry and Health Policy and Management at Columbia University, will testify before the Domestic Policy Subcommittee of the Oversight and Government Reform Committee. Dr. Edelstein will testify about the federal government's roles and responsibilities in ensuring that children in Medicaid have access to the dental care that is entitled to them by federal law.
