But did you know we are hosting the Balinese performance of Gamelan Çudamani and Cuban chanteuse, Omara Portuondo at the end of this month? We are also proud to host acoustic blues geniuses, Ruthie Foster and Eric Bibb! Below, please find more information on these last three events of October! Gamelan Çudamani Bamboo to Bronze Thursday, October 28, 2010 $25 Premium | $20 Adult | $18 Senior | $15 Student/Child
Traveling from the mountain village of Pengosekan, Bali, Gamelan Çudamani play music and perform dances that are at the root of their traditional culture. The 24 performers use hand-carved hard wood instruments and perform in authentic costumes made of leather and gold paint. Truly a cultural feast!
