 Taylor Products has introduced a small vertical form & fill machine to cater to those customers with a small space and budget yet are ready to leap into the automation age! Even with its small physical size, the machine is capable of package sizes from 2" x 2" up to 8" x 14" at speeds up to 70 bpm. This generally covers the market to just above the 5 lb package size.
This machine uses both today's and tomorrow's technology with servo drive belt systems, constant heat poly sealing jaws, and a 6" color touch screen operator interface. The machine has 50+ programmable product memories that control all machine functions including temperature and fill systems. Modular contruction enables the use of the same parts as its larger offerings from Taylor Products. |
