Have a FedEx account number?  You can now have your taxes and duties charged to that account.  Here's how to set this up on your Black River Imaging account - Please log in at our website and click Modify Profile. Add your FedEx account number in the second address line by entering this format - FedEx - #XXX XXX XXX.  This must be entered for both the shipping and mailing address fields.

 

Now your orders don't have to wait in customs for duty and tax payments. Please contact customer service at 1-888-321-4665 for help with setting up this option.

 

Actual shipping charges will still be charged to your order using our discounted international rates at the time of billing.  Review our International Shipping policy for more information.
