Dear Black River Imaging business partners,

After 41 years, my wife Martha and I were presented with an option to move toward retirement and have accepted. Inter-State Studio and Publishing based in Sedalia, Missouri has acquired Black River Imaging.

Does this mean anything will change for you?  No. We're continuing to serve you with the same great staff, great products and great services. I am excited to stay on board as Black River Imaging's President, along with the rest of our Black River Imaging management team, running daily operations. Inter-State Studio's David Williams will be joining us as General Manager.

Inter-State Studio is approaching their 80th year serving families and schools in the school picture and finishing business. Our companies have known each other for decades with a great deal of mutual respect.
