Now...What's Your New Year's Resolution? I'm sure you're hearing that question from every direction. Each New Year opens with such joy and potential and then it seems as though everyone feels pressured to come up with the all-important "New Year's Resolution." The self-inflicted pressure to decide what your resolution will be can be frustrating to say the least. Most all resolutions end up being about change... what you are going to quit doing or start doing in order to achieve a more positive outcome. The best way to make a resolution that will stand the test of time is to think about it in advance and choose to work on an area in which you can maintain a lasting change; something you can turn into a lifestyle.

So you might be wondering, "What does all of this mean to me?" Bottom line, we have some new "stuff" in the works which will require some processes to be changed.
