| NEW Gallery Wrap Clusters!
 Sometimes clients just need to know what's possible. A whole grouping of images can be overwhelming to imagine so we're making this job easier for you and them with BRI's Gallery Wrap Clusters. Clusters also offer a savings of 20% over purchasing individual Gallery Wraps.
Gallery Wrap Clusters allow for more canvases to share a story with your images from one or more sessions. Wall space becomes a cluster of images in a unique design. We have five packages of clusters
to pick from.
Each individual Wrap comes printed on canvas and ready to hang. All Gallery Wraps are printed directly onto the canvas and then luster coated to prevent scratches from normal handling and to give it UV protection. This is included in the price of the Gallery Wrap.
Gallery Wrap Clusters are found in our Black River Imaging software inside the fine art products catalog.

To
order a Float Mount you may want to start with one of our templates. Just download
the file and select the size you want. This allows for proper image placement,
as you will loose a portion of the image that creates the wrapped look.
Once you are ready to order you will need to go into the Black River
Imaging Software. Go to the Fine Art Products Catalog and select the tab with
Float Mounts. You will now want to choose the folder with your print ready
files. Next you will need to select the size and paper type you would like for
your Float Mount. The size will be located under the Float Mount tab. Then
select the paper type you would like from the options palette. Select the image
you want to print from the thumbnails of your files and simply drag and drop
into place to order.

What to do when the Unthinkable happens?
Today we'll broach the subject no one likes to talk about; the thing we work hard not to have happen and the thing you're expecting and hoping will not happen...dun, dun, dun...an incorrect, damaged and/or missing order!...there; I said it, now let's have a talk about what to do it if happens to you.
The first, most important thing I could tell you to do is not to panic. We will always do everything possible to help you have what you need when you need it. The more prepared you are when you call in helps us get you the answer you need more quickly, so we'll cover some steps below that you can follow to help both of us.
Incorrect Orders Should you experience receiving an order that is incorrect in some way, when you contact us please be sure to have the order number handy. Also, depending on what's in the order be prepared to indicate the size and quantity of the affected product. In cases of sports orders, having the frame number is very helpful also. You can expect to receive instructions on how to proceed on getting the situation corrected. This may include emailing in some images of the issue, placing a reorder, or providing information for an in-house remake. In cases where color is an issue you may be referred to the digital specialist so that together you can figure out where the corrections need to happen.
Damaged Orders Even though we mark the packages as "Do Not Bend" there is still a small percentage of packages that arrive to their destination damaged. Rest assured we continually monitor the damages incurred with the carriers and whether or not packaging changes on our end would prevent this damage. Should you need to contact us due to receiving a damaged package please have the following information: order number, tracking number and a list of what's damaged. Many times, when there's more than one size print, only the largest prints are damaged so please be sure to open the package and verify what is affected as the carrier will only cover what's been damaged. We'll also need you to keep the packaging as there are times when the carrier may contact you to pick up the order as a part of our claim against them. We may need you to resend the order, but also many times we are able to reprint the damaged product from within the lab instead.
Missing Orders That brings us to the missing order, no doubt, a frustrating dilemma. This can entail one of several things, did the order arrive at the lab, does it have an error that needs to be corrected or is it lost in transit? A helpful tool in starting to figure this out is our web site. Log in and choose "Check Order Status" to see if the order is listed. If it is listed on this page it can show you if it has an error, is in the lab, or if it has been shipped. If you don't see the order and it wasn't placed via Album Manager or See My Prints, then you'll need to contact Customer Service before placing a reorder. If the order was placed through Album Manager or Approve My Album you can log in to the Album Manager, choose Album Setup and then Event Data to find the order number if it has been processed; if it's not listed then you or your client have not completed the check out process. For See My Prints you may log in on that site and choose Data for the event in question; there are three listings here, complete orders, incomplete orders and those needing to be released by you. Please contact Customer Service for additional assistance with these options. If you find the order number but it hasn't arrived in the expected amount of time, please contact Customer Service for help in tracking the order.
Should you be asked to send a reorder for any of the above reasons and we have issued a remake number, please be sure you know where to enter it in the software as well as how to add any additional notes to our attention. Each ordering system is a little different and we'll be happy to walk you thru those steps.
One last piece of advice would be to be sure to allow plenty of time on your orders. This way instead of having extra stress when you're at the wire and tensions are already high, you'll be able to be the hero and have the order ready ahead of the date you told your client!
