Yuck!! Playing catch up is never fun!That's why we've tried to make catching up
with us and your orders as easy as possible!
When logging in on the
Black River Imaging web site you'll find several options in the Customer
Directory located on the right side of the screen.These helpful features were created with you in mind and to help
ease your mind!
New this week! The Newsletter Archive has been added so
that you may easily pull up past newsletters and access the articles as well as
catch up on the new products that have been added each week.
Account Emails will display
any automatic emails sent specifically to your account number.This is a good way to verify you're
receiving all the emails through your email provider, and is also a great way
to allow your studio staff members to verify orders.
Need to catch up on the
status of an order?Choose the Check
Order Status option to see if your order has been received, shipped or has an
error.You'll see on this screen that
if you've given your order a reference name, it displays here as well making it
easy to know which order it is.Click
the order number to see a detail listing of the order and if your order has
already shipped, a link to the tracking information will be provided.
Catching up on paperwork
and need to print an invoice?Click the
View Invoices option, enter in any invoice from the past twelve months and view
or print as needed.
