Get Refreshed
Refresh -Defined:
- to provide new vigor and energy by rest, food, etc. (often used reflexively).
- to stimulate (the memory).
- to make fresh again; reinvigorate or cheer (a person, the mind, spirits, etc.).
- to freshen in appearance, color, etc., as by a restorative.
Okay, tell me I'm not the only one... but just reading those definitions makes me feel a bit refreshed!
Today's tidbit though, is written with #2 in mind. I want to share some quick points about a couple of vital pieces of information; Addresses and Credit Cards.
Refreshing your Address
Any address changes must be done from the Modify Profile section of the Black River Imaging web site. While the software programs ask for your address, we pull the email address you enter and match it to your online information in order to know where to ship your orders. Please be sure to log in and verify your information in the next few days. There is a section for your shipping and billing addresses along with some other options you may not have filled in since they've been added.
Refreshing your Credit Card Information
Secondly we come to the all-important Credit Card! Black River Imaging does not store your credit card on file. That information comes in with your order. Each of our programs allows you to save the card for future orders so you may need to edit it from time to time. Please contact us if you need assistance with updating your credit card in the ordering software.
Should you be contacted by phone or email of a credit card error on an order, there is no need for you to resend the order. We are able to make any needed changes to the card information in Customer Service and then set the order to process again. This change is for the affected order only. You will still need to update the software for future orders.
