To reward each of you for the many years of success, we now have an alternative pricing model that is sure to maximize the value you get from buying your sport and event products from Black River Imaging.
Here's how it works:
We have selected our most popular products and combined them to create 26 different "Lab Packs" commonly sold in your packages. These Lab Packs various combinations of basic products priced at $4.00 (lab cost) per pack. In order for you to qualify for V.I.P. pricing, you simply need to have any one of the 26 Lab Packs included in each of the packages you offer your clients.
Important Info
- V.I.P. Pricing is only available through our SportsPix Software
- All individual frames must purchase a package that contains one of our Lab Packs
- If you do not wish to participate in this V.I.P. Program, you may select 'Standard Pricing' when opening SportsPix and continue your order as normal.

What is the incentive?

After uninstalling your current version, login to www.blackriverimaging.com with your correct email address. Click on 'Download Software' and you'll find the link for SportsPix in the lower left. You will still be able to open previous orders to send. Click here for more details.

Ordering Tips from BRI
Albums & Books
Ordering Multiple Books or Albums!
Are you needing multiple copies of an album or press book? It's simple to order multiples when using Album Manager. Album Manager allows you more ordering options than our Albums & Books ROES software. We are no longer building multiple books when ordering via Albums and Books - ROES.
Black and White Images
When ordering black and white products make sure to keep all files in RGB Mode. If you commonly use a Photoshop action that changes your file to and black and white image, please make sure it is not in Grayscale Mode. If so, the flattened file must be converted back to RGB by simply going to Edit>Mode>RGB.

Exploring Preferences
Today let's have a look at what lies beneath the Preferences button in the ROES software. Some of the options listed there are self-explanatory, but let's visit a few in particular that could really help optimize your time.
Search enclosed folders. If this option is checked, the software will not only load images from the folder you select, but will also load images from any sub-folders. I usually will uncheck this option because I've sorted my images in folders by order beforehand.
Show image thumbnails. Unchecking this option will lower the demand on your machine's memory for those times when you need the memory more than you need to be able to see the image.
Remember last folder used between launches. Checking this option saves you from having to search for the correct folder if you've had to save an order and close the software.
Show banner. Unchecking this option gives you more space in the working area.
Use pro tool layout. Unchecking this option hides the option buttons directly beneath the working area. You can set your pro tool options and then uncheck the option to give yourself more room in the working area. Unchecking the option gives you an option for each pro tool so you can choose which ones show.
15 Days to backup orders. The default setting is 15 days. If you like to keep saved orders longer than 15 days, you'll need to set this to the desired time. This saves the order on your computer for the number of days indicated.
Image Application. Set the path to the executable file of your desired image editing application and then you can right-click on any thumbnail and open that image in your image editing application.
There are explanations for a few of the more helpful options on the Preferences screen. Play around with them to customize your working environment.
