On Thursday, September 22nd, the Bay Area Chapter of the California Receivers Forum will be holding a luncheon meeting and educational program titled "Receivership Sales." It will cover the nuances and issues related to the sale of assets, such as commercial real estate, by a Receiver.

The panelists for the presentation are an experienced attorney, court receiver and commercial insurance broker. Attendees for the programs are typically lawyers, lenders, property managers, receivers and other professionals involved in the receivership process.
