SAN FRANCISCO, CA - April 7, 2010 - Anticipating a higher number of foreclosures, receiverships and sales as banks and special servicers grapple with problem hotel loans starting in the second quarter of 2010, Perry Group International has brought on a seasoned hospitality industry corporate manager, John Fernando, as Operations Director. John will provide additional oversight support services for single hotel assets and lodging portfolios.
 Formerly a senior executive with Janus Hotels & Resorts, a company that specialized in bank REO's during prior downturns, Mr. Fernando has a variety of expertise at the property level in both hotel and food and beverage operations.
