Many great memories   to be treasured!

I don't know about you but I am resisting letting go of the "summer lifestyle" where fun in sun with family and friends tends to be the priority. I just came off a wonderful long weekend of birthday celebrations and had a holiday in Ottawa visiting family (family vacations have taken on a whole new meaning since becoming a mom). I am forever grateful to Grams and Gramps for the daily hands on playtime at the Park with Kenny and the family dogs.

As I coached my clients this week, I empathised with them as many shared increased stress and the feeling of overwhelm creeping in.   It never fails the week after labour day weekend, the weight of commitments and responsibilities are felt. For many it is the transition of the kids going back to school, getting back to the day to day responsibilities and getting ready to kick-start some new business projects...... and it can feel like there is not enough time in the day - that is because there is not! As entrepreneurs we wear many hats, along with having an ongoing to do list and continuing to find the balance between professional and personal priorities, overwhelm is often not far behind.
