Communications Committee:
Committee members Elizabeth Fiehler (KY), Diane Beth (NC), and Amy Ellings (WA) worked to finalize the components of the newly developed 'Partner Fact Sheet.'  The fact sheet was designed by Graphic Designer Lourdes Pogue.  Lourdes worked to create and print the fact sheet just in time to disseminate to the National F&V Alliance (NFVA) Steering Committee during their November 20 meeting.  The fact sheet is posted here.

The communications committee also co-hosted their third F&V Nutrition Coordinator conference call training on December 2nd at 1pm ET.  Over 40 members attended the conference call training.  Also attending were representatives from USDA, CDC, and PBH.  Presenters included members from New York, Hawaii, and Utah.  The focus of the call was implementing fruits and veggies into the WIC food package.  The next conference call training will take place on February 3rd at 1:00pm ET.  During the call Council and partners will provide updates on current and future work.  All of the materials for the conference calls are posted here.
