Hi All,
Thank you for your thoughtful "welcome home" and the recap of the "feast" of this year's Conference, and of course the setting at CedarS Camp which made it extra special. I hope it can be held there again next time.

And I'm sure we all came away as I did-feeling uplifted, cherished-and ready to go again!

Bye for now,
With Love,
Lily Gwyllt-Evans

Dear CSNCN Board,
Robert ShermanThanks for the welcome home-and the message of our importance at the Conference-and for yours (each of you)!

Just a thought for next time-though I am not big on personality and pictures-wouldn't your message today been three times as powerful, if you included the group photo shot at CedarS?

Thanks again for all you did to make this Conference the huge success it was.
Cheers,
Rob

To the CSNCN BOARD;
I am so grateful to have attended this Conference. First, because it's a new experience for me and second, I was inspired to hear the different talks delivered by great speakers especially by Madelon Miles. I cannot forget the delicious breakfast that was grilled outside, and the bonfire with some entertainment that was wonderful and we really felt that we are in a campsite. I enjoyed dancing with the group and meeting a lot of new faces. Who would not have enjoyed this concert? That was amazing!!! We discussed the topic of food here in our facility and we have learned something from that workshop by Sharon Strong. We were also inspired to buy new Bible tools to help us understand more of the Bible. And thank you everybody for the hard work and the love that was put into it.

Truly yours,
Pearl Santiago

Dearest Board Members:
I have been pondering my thank you to you for a day or two and still can't seem to find the words to express my gratitude and excitement of all the glorious gains from being able to attend the Conference. Being surrounded with God's loving guidance, mentors, and Christian Science nurses from all walks, only affirmed the angel thoughts that have been soaring and swirling in my head for the for the past year!

I have had several people ask me what stands out the most; what was most prominent in my experience. I just have to say, every single bit of everything!!! Those five days touched on every dynamic of nursing I had wondered about. The Conference was so well-rounded and so well-thought out. Diverse and at the same time, scheduled and flowing. So much fun thrown in there too!! I felt so honored to be a part of it all.

I truly felt I was with my new family and sisters. I made it a point to introduce myself to the people I wanted to listen to and the people that had been Christian Science nursing for a good while. In retrospect, it helped me to listen to the new walks of learning that were taking place with the ones that had not been Christian Science nursing very long.

As I listen for God's direction, I would love to go a more "old fashioned" route. Certainly take my time and learn the ropes the way Mrs. Eddy intended. Training, shadowing, being mentored and growing in that light is what I am about to pop to do!!! I have been a care-giver since the ripe ole' age of 14....I have that part down!!!

I thank you from the bottom of my heart for believing in me and encouraging me. I am listening for my next steps, and would love any input, connections, ideas any of you have. And if there is ever a need that I can fill to help the CSNCN Board at any time with any matter, please let me be of assistance. I can only imagine the time, thought, effort, ideas that took place in creating it all and making it work. It was absolutely perfect in my eyes!!!

I look forward to getting to know each and every one of you and growing to become the wonderful ways that this Conference expressed our movement of Christian Science nurses to be-always loving, always comforting and ALWAYS listening....What an inspiration you all were and what a beautiful team!!!
....Leaning on the sustaining infinite!

Lots of Love,
(name withheld)

Subject: THANKS

Greetings from Nova Scotia to...
Words cannot express my gratitude for the wonderful four days spent at Cedars Camps. The hospitality and love felt was beyond and without measure. It was a first for me and to meet with so many of my fellow Christian Science nurses was such a delight. I feel so connected with the Manual-based authority Mrs. Eddy gave for this healing service as a result of workshops and activities that went on. I have returned home inspired and very grateful.

I miss everyone. I've gathered up all the love in my thought from the Christian Science church here in Nova Scotia and am sending it on to you.

God bless.
Nora Myers
