Dear friends,

 

It has been six months since Haiti was struck by the devastating earthquake of January 12 leaving hundreds of thousands dead and untold numbers with serious injuries.  We are thankful for the many wounds that have healed and lives that are moving toward recovery, but Haiti's problems are far from over. 

 

Although the world's attention has turned from Haiti to breaking news  in other parts of the globe, many assume Haiti is on the road to recovery.  Unfortunately that is not the case.
