Following on the success of the Winter Symposium the Dispute Board Federation is organising its Summer Symposium in Singapore for June 3-4, 2010.

This year's topic will be "Is Arbitration Dead?" and the goal is to bring together world-wide leaders in arbitration to debate and resolve the current problems with arbitration including such topics as delay, costs, and enforcement. We currently expect representatives from 19 different countries who will cover both local and regional issues, threats to the process, alternatives to arbitration all culminating in discovering a way forward into this new decade.
