"Getting to Maybe..."

Daniel Shapiro
The DBF is putting together a specialised mediation workshop later this year entitled "Getting to Maybe..." which is intended to help mediators get past impasses to settlement.

We are planning this one day workshop to be led by Professor Daniel Shapiro, the Director of the Harvard International Negotiation Initiative who is on the faculty at Harvard Law School.  He co-wrote the books Getting to Yes and  Beyond Reason: Using Emotions as you Negotiate, which has been hailed as the next classic in this field.
