New Directions
The Winter Symposium was a success and as 2009 comes to a close the Dispute Board Federation is charting new directions.  Our newest office in Singapore will open next month, our Middle East & North Africa (MENA) Regional Advisory Council has been formed with empasis on the U.A.E., Egypt, Libya, Tunisia, and Morocco, and we are re-designing our website and adding the names and CV's of both our Professional Dispute Board Members as well as those of our Fellows so that we can more effectively market their services and the use of Dispute Boards and ADR worldwide.

The DBF is grateful for all the help and assistance given it in 2009 and wishes all of our members the best for the New Year.

Total Immersion

The DBF has expanded the range of programmes that will be offered as separate Total Immersion Programmes. The new courses include Procurement, Claims Management, and Presentation & Advocacy.

These programmes are geared to the busy upper level construction executive who wants the maximum amount of information in the minimum amount of time and is willing to take on an in-depth and difficult programme.

These truly intensive 6-day programmes vary in size from 6 to a maximum of 9 people with 3-4 trainers per day thus allowing the participant to maximise their learning experience in a relaxed environment.
These six day courses include all instruction, materials, room, board, and transportation from the nearest international airport closest to the programmes hotel venue.
