Fall Managers' Conference, Act Now & Save
The California fair industry, like many other states, is facing historical funding changes, economic challenges and uncertain answers. Our best defense is a good offense. Learn how to Take Charge of Your Destiny at this year's Fall Managers' Conference, November 5-7 in Sacramento, sponsored by the California Fair Services Authority. Register by Friday, September 14 at 5 p.m. and save $50 per registration.
The program starts on Monday afternoon with discussions and strategies for the future of fair funding. Make sure you attend this session and provide input. On Tuesday author and advocate Roger Rickard will deliver his keynote Empowering People to Make a Difference in Their Communities. We will then move quickly into core issues of governance, fundraising and surviving the Great Recession.
It's not all work and no play. The fair industry likes nothing more than a chance to connect with others and get a bargain at the same time. You will get both at the first-ever barbecue and yard sale, hosted by CFSA.
We will gladly accept wine donations for the Wine & Cheese Reception and Blue Ribbon Foundation Auctions at Convention during the conference. We'll even unload it from your car!
