Greetings!

 

Our Youth Ministry Leadership Team had a powerful experience at the Simply Youth conference in Louisville, KY this past weekend.  We joined with thousands of other leaders from across the country to share best practices.  It is my intention to use our new knowledge to benefit all of your children who participate in the APC Youth Ministry.
 
This week, we look forward to a fun outing to play Laser Tag on Sunday evening.  Please see the event information and online sign up in this newsletter.  HELP US PLAN by signing up to attend the event...we need to make sure we have the right number of chaperones and drivers! 
 
The Big Fat Italian Feast is just around the corner, and our silent and service auction has already begun.  Look for opportunities to bid on fabulous items provided by our youth and other members of our church family and community. 
 
We still need volunteers for this event and we still need some talent for our talent show!  Please see below for sign up information.

Our Silent & Service Auction has begun!  Look for great items and place your bids on Sundays, March 11 & 18.  Auction donations are still welcome, please contact Michelle Burton via e-mail if you have an item or a service to donate to our auction.

 

Adult and youth volunteers can sign up to help at the event by e-mailing Michelle Burton, or sign up during Sunday School or Youth Group during the next few weeks.

 

If you would like to assist with decorations for the event, please e-mail Kelly Edwards.

 

Talent Show sign up deadline is March 15.  We need acts of all kinds!  Please sign up online or e-mail Allison Neal.

During Lent, we focus on our sins; and may of us find that we commit the same transgression again and again.  God doesn't expect you to be perfect, but He does want you to recognize when you have sinned, to ask forgiveness; and to glorify him by changing your ways.
