Happy Presidents Day!  I hope that everyone has enjoyed the long weekend.  It's hard to believe that our Lenten season will begin this week.  Please check the APC Website for details about all of our special Lenten programming and take advantage of these opportunities to deepen your relationship with Christ.
 
We had 17 youth come out for our Day of Service at The Place of Forsyth on Friday.  They were certainly grateful for all of the helping hands! 
 
We did face one challenge, though, because only 10 youth signed up for the event and we didn't have enough drivers.  Special thanks to Carolyn Dillon who agreed to drive at the last minute.  Parents, please take advantage of our easy online sign ups for events and activities at APC.  We need to know in advance if your child will participate so that we can plan the right numbers of chaperones and drivers.  Thank you for helping us with this challenge.
 
Finally, our youth leadership team has planned fun night of games for everyone this Sunday, February 26.  We hope you'll join us for youth group!
