Fitness Bootcamp at Smith Fitness Center Awesome workout today. Everyone did a great job! Only one session left on thursday. Who will be the fat loss challenge winner? work on the nutrition plan hard!

Fitness Bootcamp at the house: Lisa joined the crew. Rachel, Lisa and BK did a killer super ninja jedi "floor, core and more" Tabata drill tonight consisting of the wheel barrow push, tire jacknife and ab wheel rollouts. They worked super hard and did great.

Personal training: Clients have been doing some killer workouts. Slots are getting scarce but may have some openings soon. Let me know if you are interested so I can get you a spot.

Incentive Program: Incentive training will be limited to certain time spots due to the large surge in clients. Incentive training may turn into small group training if necessary. Priority for incentive training now are video testimonials. If interested let me know.

Monthly Nutrition Seminars & Coffees: I've decided to scratch the grocery store trips in favor of monthly meetings at the house to give more detailed info on different topics and to socialize amongst clients. Get together at the house, have some java, talk about hot chow and fat loss for about an hour. Topics will include supplements, nutition labels, macro and micro nutrients and more. Let me know if your interested.

Metabolic resistance training (what you do with me during our sessions), Targeted fat loss cardio / high intensity interval training that you do in between sessions and the nutrition plan.
