Have a great weekend AND BE SAFE!!! Remember that you can't out train a poor nutrition plan. Doing more cardio and eating less than your required deficit calories will only make you fat and weak. - although you may be able to pour the gelatin thighs into a smaller pair of jeans due to the lack of muscle on your leg. -cause you've been feasting on your own quads for dinner. Eat your dang food, do your cardio and follow the plan - and rememeber- you don't know better and neither does the locker room fitness gurus who tell you to eat less and do more cardio- wrong!! Follow the plan.

Fitness Bootcamp at Smith Fitness Center
Great workouts this week. Only two workouts left - who will be the fat loss challenge winner? work on the nutrition plan hard and do not try to do more cardio and not eat.

Fitness Bootcamp at the house: Rachel and the boys did some killer tabata workouts this week. ADDDED THE WARP SPEED FAT LOSS PROTOCOL to the bootcamp and will rotate with good 'ol Tabata to maximize the metabolic hurricane ripping fat from your carcass. Get ready for the wheel Barrow of CONCRETE WOE - OH YEAH. Will it be on mon, tues, wed or thursday? think about what it primarily works and then you'll know what day it's on. Get ready !

Incentive Program: Incentive training will be limited to certain time spots due to the large surge in clients. Incentive training may turn into small group training if necessary. Priority for incentive training now are video testimonials. If interested let me know.

Grocery Store Field Trips: Looking at publix in columbus for september - anyone interested? Also thinking about monthly nutrition coffees at the house to give more detailed info on different topics and to socialize amongst clients. Get together at the house, have some java, talk about hot chow and fat loss for about an hour. Let me know if your interested.
