Fitness Bootcamp at Smith Fitness Center Everyone did a great job today. Work on the cardio and nutrition plan. I can already see some people making progress.

Fitness Bootcamp at the house: Welcome to BK and James. They have formed the nucleus of the house bootcamp and survived the Intro to Tabata tonight. Looking for interested people who want to sign up for the house bootcamp. Awesome training, great price and 4 sessions a week. Now is the time to get in on the adventure. At the house you can sign up at any time. I want to get some females out here that want to do some hard training. Don't be intimidated, it's relaxed, fun, challenging and full of variety.
