Fitness Bootcamp at Smith Fitness Center The August Bootcamp is off to a great start. The crew survived the Intro to the Tabata protocol and some sprints. - great work everyone! Do your cardio and work on the nutrition plan. 100 percent effort is required to achieve max results. You get out of it what you put into it.

Fitness Bootcamp at the house: I'm forming a new class starting Monday 10 AUG at 7pm. My private bootcamp is similar to the one at smith but yet very different. First you get 4 workouts per week and the cost is only 99.00 a month. It is not for the weak or faint hearted. Serious inquiries only. Classes run m-t-w-t at 7pm to 8 pm - outside weather permitting. Kettlebells, bodyweight, stones, sandbags, tires and sledgehammers, ropes, sleds, sprints - you name it - I use it. No BS, HARDCORE TRAINING FOR THOSE WHO WISH TO SERIOUSLY GET IN SHAPE. All fitness levels welcome but realize that you will have to work hard. If interested, contact me soon. Same nutrition plan, same incentives, just more bang for your buck. You can join the bootcamp at any time unlike the one at smith. Real people getting real results. Rarely does anyone come out to the house and ever go back to smith unless it's a scheduling issue.

Personal training: Many bootcampers have been asking about personal training - obviously personal training with me is far more effective than the bootcamps for many reasons. The big one is obviously one on one attention. You have to decide which is better for you. Yes, you can supplement bootcamp training with personal training. You have options for days. 2-3 times a week is the recommended time for personal training. One time a week is discouraged due to the limitations - I can't work miracles with you with only one hour a week. So it's all relative based upon what you can do on your own. If interested in personal training with me, let me know. Slots are getting scarce so sooner is better. I havve limited times available and they are going fast.
