Client Achievements:
Ricky lost 4.3% Body Fat this week - His total fat loss since 17 Jun is 8.1% - awesome work for less than a month Ricky!

Everyone did a great job on the first workout. 3 rounds of the Tabata drill and some sprints. Each workout will be a little different and a little harder. Do your cardio and work hard on the meal plan. Eat more not less. Make weekly attainable goals and remember that doing it right takes time. Rachel wrote another great article on the bootcamp in the Bayonet. - Great coverage by Rachel !

Remember to work on your meal plans and cardio !!!!! Doing more cardio without working on the food will only make you fat and incinerate the muscle off of your carcass. Then you will become skinny fat and explode in a fireball of despair. Eat, Eat, Eat!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Grocery Store Field Trips: Next one is on 11 July at 2pm. It's free for currently enrolled clients and $5.00 for non-enrolled guests. Let me know if you want to participate. Currently, I have Kimberly, Angela, Jaquelyn and Alisha on the list to attend.
If you have a particular grocery store that you would like to do a field trip to, let me know and round up some people.
Now that I know my way to tiger town in Opelika, I will do one at the Kroger there due to the awesome selection of cool organics and other hard to find stuff.
