Fitness Bootcamp at Smith Fitness Center
The July bootcamp is on track and filling up more than expected. Just had a couple more sign up today. Signup now before it fills up.

Fitness Bootcamp at the home studio: I'm working on several different leads to get this restarted. The training is very different than at other places. Much more challenging and a much wider variety of types of training. Odd object training, strongman drills, tabata protocol, speed, agility and quickness drills, sprints, resistance bands, sandbags, tires, sledghammers, ropes, kettlebells, stones, and bodyweight. My current plan is 4 days a week M-T-W-T at 7pm-8pm for $99.00 a month. Results are unmatched with this type of training. But it's not for the weak or faint hearted - only for those who seriously want to get in shape.

Welcome Sean! Sean is a 17yr old basketball player who is training with me for performance enhancement and strength and conditioning. He raised his bench press from 260lbs to 275lbs during our first session.

Grocery Store Field Trips: I have planned the first grocery store field trip at Fort Benning's Commissary on 11 July at 2pm. Several girls have already signed up. I will do this off post as well if anyone is interested. We will discuss shopping priciples for your meal plans and look at all kinds of stuff. It's free for currently enrolled clients and $5.00 for non-enrolled guests. Let me know if you want to participate.
