Have a great weekend. Ryan is leaving us to PCS to Fort Irwin. Good luck to Ryan as he goes forth to do great things for God and Country at the National Training Center. Ryan spent over a year, enduring great physical challenges with the Army and with me. His physical saga will be forever immortalized on the blog and on youtube. He will be missed.
Fat Loss Honor Roll 01 May 09 Ryan & Russ both raised their bench press to 225lbs during the same workout. They did some killer workouts this week. We'll have to get Russ and AJ together now to continue the saga that Ryan began.
Latonya raised her bench press to 135lbs and did partial reps with 140lbs. She also lost 2.1 % body fat and 3/4ths of an inch off her waist. Everyone has been doing killer workouts. When you train hard and eat right, it is possible to gain muscle and lose fat at the same time. Great job Everyone !!!
Let's get everyone back on the honor roll next week. Get the eating back on track and hit the cardio plan hard.

I have acquired the Cheat Your Way Thin Program and I'm currently reviewing it. So far it's a carb rotation plan that includes all of the forbidden carbs and uses hormonal response from insulin and leptin to shed fat and raise your metabolism. If you are a carbaholic and want to eat your forbidden starchy carbs and still think you can get lean, let me know and I can take you through the program. But be advised, it doesn't change the negatives about those carbs. If you are carb sensitive, which many of you are, it can still be a bad thing. So far I'm still thinking my regular plan and the WSFL program are better but this program could work for some people. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
