Fat Loss Honor Roll 24 APR 09 Ryan lost 2.4 % body fat Russ lost 2.1 % body fat Haley lost 2.1 % body fat and increased her V-squat 1 rep max by 15lbs up to 155lbs from 140lbs Latonya bench pressed 130lbs and did partial reps with 135lbs Levonne lost another inch off of her waist and raised her bench press by 10lbs to 110lbs Great job Everyone !!!

The Fitness Bootcamp at Smith is scheduled to begin on May 5th at 0915-1015. 8 sessions $120.00. It's already full. We are trying to start a M-W bootcamp due to interest level. The Fitness Bootcamp at the house is available M-T-W-T at 7:00pm for $99.00.
