Fat Loss Honor Roll and Client Achievements for 17 April 09 Latonya lost ¾ of an inch off her waist while bench pressing 125lbs. On Monday she did a vigorous strength workout followed by a complete 20 minute tabata drill afterwards Russ lost 3.7 % body fat and raised his bench press from 205lbs to 210lbs. Russ also raised his shrug machine deadlift from 360lbs to 410lbs. Haley lost 2.1 % body fat and raised her bench press from 95lbs to 100lbs. She also completed a deep, below parallel squat on the v-squat machine with 140lbs Ryan lost 2.2 % body fat while completing a week of killer workouts - On Monday he did a vigorous strength workout followed by a complete 20 minute tabata drill afterwards
