Happy Easter !!
Here is the Fat Loss Honor Roll and client achievements for the week.
Had alot of clients out of the net this week but still had some awesome progress.
Haley lost 1.9 % body fat and 1 inch off of her waist - I'll need to update her progress photo soon as she has now reached a total of 13lbs lost and 10 % body fat lost with 3 inches off her waist since January.
Levonne lost 2.1 % body fat and 1/2 inch off her waist -she also raised her bench press from 90lbs to 100lbs - 10lbs increase in one week!! She also increased her plank time from 30 seconds to 1 minute. Great job !!
Leah bench pressed 130lbs - up from 125lbs - awesome work !! Leah is already looking much leaner - a drastic change in how she looks compared to 3 weeks ago. Leah should have had a before / after photo from 2007 when she made phenomenal progress - we'll get the photos this time.

If your not making the progress that you want, look at what is missing from your plan.
Eating good is better than you were eating before but eating right means that you have attained compliance with the 3 conerstones of my nutrition plan which are amount, frequency and type.
The plan works - too many clients making too much progress to dispute. Follow the plan and you will succeed. It's about changing how you look, how you feel and how you perform.
Most diets or fitness programs focus on either weight loss or performance enhancement - usually seperate, rarely together. My program is different because it works on everything at once, in a healthy, steady, progressive and retainable manner. Lifestyle change not dieting.
