Some gold's gym trainer will probably get it if you let them, but you can voice your opinion on the matter by nominating who your choice is.

It's a new week - we got muscle building and fat blasting to do. Stop the whining and get to work, do the exercise, eat the food, lose the fat, build the muscle. No excuses - You are the only thing holding You back!! Remember that. You either do the dew or you don't. We got before and after photos to make, exercise videos to tape, blog posts and testimonials to write so let's get to it. Leaner, stronger, faster, better every day. The Fitness Bootcamp at Smith is scheduled to begin on May 5th at 0915-1015. 8 sessions $120.00. Only 12 slots available per month, 11 people already signed the interest sheet.
