Special Notes from this week Haley overhead pressed 135lbs on the seated shoulder press machine !! Levonne hit 90lbs on her first bench press workout. Ryan raised his bench press to 220lbs

The Fitness Bootcamp at Smith is scheduled to begin on May 5th at 0915-1000. 8 sessions $120.00. Only 12 slots available per month, 8 people already signed the interest sheet.
