I want to welcome some new and returning clients to the fitness family. We have added

Some client achievements from last week :
Levonne has already dropped 8 pounds from her first week of training.
Leah re-entered training by bench pressing 125lbs - she was the second lady to join the bench press club back in 2007 and has requalified for her t-shirt in her first week back.
Latonya lost 3.4 % body fat last week.- Outstanding work!!
Everyone has been doing killer workouts - keep up the great work.
