Sunday, August 16 Week #4 - Faithfulness Finishing well Luke 13:6-9
SUMMER SLAM 2! Surf's
up and with all the fruit around, you'd think it's time for a LUAU!
Johnny Rogers and a whole host of his pals are taking you surfside to
squeeze every ounce of wisdom from the Fruit of the Spirit as found in
the Book of Galatians . We're not talking your garden variety fruit
here, friends.
We're talking about LOVE, PATIENCE, GOODNESS,
FAITHFULNESS and SELF CONTROL . Sweet! Laugh your lemons off with our
old friend Sir Reginald Duffus Esquire and his Not Exactly Pectin
Theatre . Farmer Frank takes us to his own produce section for our
Compass Points and Sir Bottomly and pal, June Berry , welcome you to
"Stuff You'll Never Need But You'll Buy Anyway," infomercial. It's the
juice!

hi there!
|

Hope you're having a great week! I thought I'd catch you up with things that are happening at the Bridge...
|
| baptism and all-church party!
|
Baptisms
are a great reason to have a party and we all know that the Bridge
loves to party! So, pack a picnic basket, bring some lawn chairs or a
blanket, and come to our first corporate baptisms after church on August 23 on Miner Lake. Everyone is invited! If
you want to be baptized or would like to find out more about it talk to
me, Roger, on Sunday or call me at 269-509-6458 or email me at roger@crossingtogether.com.
Directions to the DeKryger's:
- Take M-222
- Go north on 24th Street
- Turn left on 118th Street
- Turn right on Stony Point Drive (dirt road)
- Follow first curve to the left
- After curve road splits, stay to the right
- Road will dead end at the DeKryger's house. It's a big, 3-story house.
Call me if you get lost: 269-509-6458.

5th sunday
|
DON'T FORGET! August 30th is our next 5th Sunday so we will meet at the high school parking lot at 9am! We will NOT have regular Sunday worship on August 30th!
We have some great projects lined up to help out some individuals
around town who could use a hand. Most of us will be painting and
scraping so dress accordingly and please bring paint brushes if you
have them!
See you then!
