One More Children's Ministry Leader and One More Helper!
Is it you?
Respected pollster George Barna has said that his research has shown that what a person believes by the time they are 14 is what they will believe for the rest of their lives. Of course there are notable exceptions (myself included) but it should sure give us a moment of pause to realize the importance of having a powerful children's ministry in our church.
For that reason, we are looking for 1 more leader and 1 more help who want to teach 1st thru 4th graders on a rotational basis. We're thinking 2 weeks on - 2 weeks off, but we can work out those details to suit the volunteers.
We will use KidMo and Li'l K curriculum making Sunday mornings easy for leaders and a blast for the kids.
The beauty of KidMo is that first of all, kids LOVE IT! But secondly, while the kids and parents will feel like you spent all week preparing your lesson, it literally takes next to no preparation on the teacher's part. It's fun, it's easy, and it can change the lives of kids!

IT'S HERE! Church on Wheels
Check out that sweet ride! And who are those handsome devils?
We're extremely happy with our Church on Wheels package! There is so much great stuff. We had our first preview service using all of our new equipment on January 18 and the band rocked our faces off!
You can experience it every week beginning this week, February 1.

A background check is required.

Stuff to Pray About
- Please pray that all
the details surrounding the launch and the spread of the Gospel in
Allegan would be taken care of and go smoothly.
- Unity and love that covers over a multitude of sins (and shortcomings).
- Vision to move outside our Sunday mornings and bless Allegan, and openness from the community.
Fund raising for the Bridge as it grows, as well as the DeKrygers and the Birds personally.
A car for the Birds.
