NEW - Documenting Billing with RED Compliance Warning and the Addition of Objective Tests
When a red billing warning is visible clicking Bill causes a
confirmation box to appear to aid compliance. If the provider chooses
to bill anyway the violations will be recorded for future reporting.
Objective tests have been added, including grip strength and pressure algometry. New ADLs have also been added.

NEW - More Intuitive Navigation Bar
The new navigation bar has Schedule, Roster, Workbench, Files, and Academy at the top level. Roster has a new submenu. Other tabs that received new submenus include Workbench, Search, and Reports. The most dramatically changed tab is Reports, which has separate submenus for Analytics, process, Compliance, Patients, Practice, Reconciliation, and Scheduling. Question: Is it possible to track our employees training with the videos on Vericle Academy? We have a new employee and want to have her start doing the videos out side of the office but I want to see that she is actually doing them, taking the quizzes etc.
Answer: Practice owners have the role of PHYSICIAN so a link in the Academy menu on the left for "Practice Training Status" gives him a view of his employee training that details what they have done / doing.
Ratings
To help craft the service and the system, we rely on our customers. The requests for feedback and rating are now placed in Vericle's Help, in Vericle Academy, and in emails. The quick ratings and surveys pertain to training content (instructional videos and classes), individual SPOCs, technology, integration, and overall service.

NEW - EMR Macros Simplify Visit Documentation
From the Soap Note patient page, click Note Macros and Save Macro to save the current note as a Macro.
Later, in another patient, you can click Note Macros -> Load Macro to pull up a list of saved macros.
Click on a saved macro and then choose Replace Current Note with Macro or Add Macro to Current Note.
Clicking on Replace Current Note with Macro will clear out the note
completely and replace them with the items from the Macro to this note.
Clicking on Add Macro to Current Note will not clear out the current
note. It will just bring in the items from the Macro into the current
note. However, if there are conflicting items, then those items will
be replaced by the ones from the Macro.
